Boot Camp

Join Dave Margison and Paul Harris as they bring to you no-nonsense, hard-core Boot Camp sessions.

“Pick it up”, “push harder”, “don’t give in now”… just a few of the gems of encouragement you will hear during one of our rigorous outdoor training sessions. Each 45 minute session is designed to gain maximum effect in a short time. We combine aerobic and anaerobic training methods, calisthenics and good old hard grunt. Join us on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6.00am by the main entrance to the Museum.

It’s only $20 per session or $100 in advance for 6 Boot camp sessions. Email today to express your interest.
