When I first met Dave I was as crooked and twisted with sore muscles and I hobbled around because of years without training compounded by a car accident. Dave has been instrumental in helping me recover from that car accident which left me with whiplash, a compressed and damaged knee and ongoing concussion symptoms (like poor balance and coordination). Two months later I’m straight and stronger and walk normally now! Dave challenged me physically and mentally using core strength exercises, resistance training and the creative use of wobble board exercises etc. I have been surprised by how much improvement I have gained in such a short period of time. Three years ago I had a serious accident skiing in the States, which left me almost debilitated by back pain. At the beginning of 2008 I used to weigh over 128kg! With Dave Margison’s expert guidance each week during this year I have transformed myself. In just under 12 months I have lost a whopping 38.4kg and am down to a low 90kg for me! How did I do this? I dieted sensibly and worked out weekly with Dave on a one on one basis.
My weekly training regime looks like this:
